Our dishes are inspired by Scandinavian cuisine, and the Scandinavian raw ingredients are prepared in the Danish way with contemporary influences from the marshes and the Wadden Sea. We use local, fresh produce from the Wadden Sea area according to seasonal availability. We are located in an historically inspired space in the park with a unique view of the marsh landscape by the Wadden Sea and Rømø. We believe that the food, light and landscape fuse into a single, exicting experience.

Open every day from 11 am. Closed Sunday evening.
